webJAL problems and error
ok....i had the patch and everything (v.3) and i uploaded the wav....they were cut off after about 3 seconds

so i uninstalled and reinstalled

then the patch said run time 70 error

.......

nothing will work

PLEASE HELP

what i did

1. Uninstalled webJAL

2. Reinstalled webJAL webJAL 3

3. Downloaded this VbRun60.exe

4. Used the patch webJAL patch

5. DONE!

Make sure the host files "read only" option is not checked off. That might help.

ya 53 is a HOSTS file error.

I will help with ANY WebJal problems. Just IM me, if I don't answer you I am either out having a life of busy with someone else. I will get to you though. I also do Unlocks, Palettes, Enable Voice Features. And as soon as I figure out PhotoShop and Cool Edit I will do Custom Wallpapers and Ringtones.

ok so i followed those exact steps...i still get the runtime 70 error permission denied....dunno what's going on

anyone got a solution for

Runtime Error '-2147024770 (8007007e)':

Automation Error
The Specified Module Could Not Be Found



When pats server went down I switched to another method involving moto certs and reg edits....that doesn't work anymore, so i'm switching back and now i'm getting that error. Tried Vinnycuz's build your own server, been working on that for about 2 days at 6 hours a clip, still can't get that up and running.

Really, I'll settle for any version of webjal working right about now.

Thanks for any help

i am having trouble finding the host files on my comp....i looked in C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc... i am using windows xp pro...any help would be appreciated

Thats where its located. Try using the search function and enter HOSTS. look for the one with no extension after it.

i have the same problem where it cuts off after a few seconds and even after unintalling it and reinstalling it i get a

"run time error '62' Input past end of file " when i try to instal the patcher

any help would be appreciated
