sh-01a in vancouver Canada

hey guys and gals ...
im planning to actually buy the sh-01a but cant really find a good review on the phone ... just all a bunch of random thoughts on how awesome the 8.0mp ccd cam is and how wonderful the aquos screen is ...
everyone knows about those already ...
what i really want to know is how bad the reception of this thing is ...
how many floors below ground level do you have to go to lose your connection ...
how many floors above ground do you have connection ...
do you have less bars in a building ...
does the bluetooth work well ... can you a2dp ... can you transfer with bluetooth ... does SPP work ...
gps ???
im currently using a 3g sim card from rogers ... which hypersim do i use ??
i know its hard to write a review for a phone this fabulous and not end up talking about the camera and the screen but guys please do ...
i cant get my mind off this phone ... im having dreams about it ...

Fido and Rogers SIM are known not a problem for the phone.

Agree, the aquos is awesome, I am still using my SH906iTV. Brilliance !

Reception seem is another issue since different buildings / locations may have different characteristics, but generally speaking should be no problem. Except when you are in a big, enclosed warehouse like COSTCO in downtown.

On the other hand, glad that A2DP is available but media files transfer is not allowed.

OBEX profile in bluetooth I don't think was every working in a Docomo phone. It may be different for Softbank but that's another story for another day.

I work next to downtown so I often go to COSTCO for food !!
I only found having problem in COSTCO deep area since it is a big enclosed warehouse.
And no problem at all. So don't worry !

I am using / providing iNEX hyper-sim only, and I know that it is good for both Rogers and Fido. But I don't have other hyper-sim's info.

Tape method should be easy to get into phones and out.

Inex is good but it's really thin. So if you're having problems with other hypersims you might run into issues with the inex hypersim breaking because they're rather brittle compared to the rest
