Question about porting number away from family plan.
Hi guys, I have two lines in my family plan. If I port the main line away from ATT to other carrier. would my plan automatically convert to a single plan with the remaining line. Or I'd lose the account/number entirely? Thanks!
You can port the one line it will then leave your other number on the family plan, you will then need to call in CC and have them convert you to an individual plan.
