Helio Mighty, Helio Snow Drift, Buddy Beacon, Answerring

According to the USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office), Helio has applied for the following trademarks:

  • Mighty: Wireless communication devices, namely, mobile handsets
  • Drift | Helio Snow Drift: Wireless communication devices, namely, mobile handsets in the nature of a combination personal digital assistant, telephone, camera, global positioning and mapping device, television, radio, video and audio player and recorder
  • Answerring: Telecommunication software, namely, software for the transmission of sounds on mobile communication devices to indicate the occurrence of a call
  • Buddy Beacon | FriendBeacon | Helio Beacon: Computer software for geographic location of persons via wireless communication networks

I wonder more about that buddy and friend beacon, that sounds kinda interesting, and the Drift device/s sound like they have GPS location ability, which would go hand in hand with the buddy/friend beacon. Also my guess is that the Drift will be a black model and the Snow Drift a white model, one can only hope though.

haha.. i bet most patents could be filed by other companies like Helio aircraft, Helio Solutions, Helio graphics..

All those I posted are Helio phone service, I match the address to Helios address.

hmm.was thinking the drift was going to be white...oh well. too abd all samsung slider phones begin to look alike. hope this has some features that set it apart from other samsung sliders (other than a myspace intergration).


so i guess the mighty is made by Pantech and a QWERTY device?...i'll be waiting to see what it's like to see if i should sign up.

May be the "Snow Drift" will be white, and the Drift is black...
