I love this phone.

It feels great, the slide isn't as tough as PhoneScoop says (I push it open using my thumb and the side of the slide part), and the UI is much improved over the V3i. I actually find myself lost in some of the menus because they are new and I've never seen them before - it took me a good 5 minutes to add a number to an existing contact.

My only gripes so far is the lack of a memory card (what was Motorola thinking?) and the difficulty in switching microSDs "on the fly". Other than those minor concerns I'm really digging this phone - I'll see if there's anything else I can find fault with.

K

PS: for the next slider I hope Motorola does make it as wide as the Razr (kinda like the MS600/Z) or a D807 but still thin.

this is a great phone so far no complaints except for the fact that the advanced speech recognition isnt installed when we get the P2K programs to recognize the phone im sure we will be able to fix that. other than that great phone really dgging the flash with the 2.0 megapixel, i can actually take a pic at night and it comes out nice.

Could everyone post their flash/flex information as well (I'd like to make a database of them). Here's mine:

S/W: R452B_G_08.01.02R
Flex: GSTCPRIRTDE086

And my phone is from Germany; unbranded and unlocked.
