Finally worked for me thanks it is alot faster than Nextel packet data

do you need widen to get the 100k speed(thought widen was like 96 max)

Well when I tether I'm using an i835. I would assume that all the newer Boost/Nextel phones are capable of reaching speeds of 100kbs plus..regardless if it's Widen enabled "imho Widen is overhyped". Is overhyped a word? Anyway, it's just a matter of tweaking the modem settings on your phone AND your dun connection on your laptop, read a few posts back if your unsure how to do this.

Yeah it took me a while to get back from work. What network are we connecting to I just do what you say and get on wonder whose network we are using. I am not using netzero nothing just did what you said clicked on the internet explorer icon and I am on

I don't understand, you have to be using some type of isp to dial into...

Get the cable on ebay cost me nine bucks and it is worth it and it does not take from your minutes

ok will i be charged the regular $.35 a day for data usage on this? and what do i need to do to get my i450 to get widen speeds? right now my phone says it gets 30kbps. i know i need to codeplug, but specifically what do i need to have done and where can i get it done and can i do it myself? am i better off just buying a better phone?
