PM me a deal and we might work something out. as with trades, let's try to do a sale deal instead. Jawbone is not being used, since I have BT in my car
i would like to take this time to openly flame one of my good friends andrew, we go to in - n - out together, we argue aimlessly of how andrew likes to spend money "AIMLESSLY" on phones like his vertu! anyways this phone looks like a slider rendition of the 6233 or 6300, since the 8800/8801 were renditions of the 6230i. Yes Andrew i will add this one to the collection as well hahahah.

Nokia can position this thing as a lower-end sibling to the 8800 if they so choose, but we've gotta be honest, this thing is shaping up nicely -- as in, "we'd rather have this one" nicely. These here are the first live shots we've spied of the rumored 8600 "Luna," a slider with a trick translucent cover and a shape that roughly mimics the older (and allegedly more expensive) 8800. For one thing, having S40 on here in its very latest incarnation is a huge boost to its lust factor, and the huge display doesn't hurt either. Let's hope the Carphone Warehouse has its wits about it and it really will be launching before too long, shall we?
Wow... even when I watermark my images people still use them with no link backs.

So does anyone have any idea when it'll be released or at least the basics.. is it tri-band, quad-band, or dual-band? I'm hoping for quad, cause I held out from buying the 8800 series cause of it being tri-band.

I'm not into this phone..heck I'll buy it to complete my 8xxx series complete if I like the feel of it but I don't think I'll want to swap my sirocco for this..
it lacks the physical attraction that 8800s/8801s have..
it should however drive the prices down..I was about the buy an 8801 in addition to my sirocco, maybe I should hold off for a while..

eheh well good point, that's why I'm trying to get a used one for around 250$ or a brand new for around 350$, I dont wanna spend the full price tag like I did when I first bought one..see if I directly bought a sirocco, I wouldn't want one but I kinda feel that 8801 is more practical, doesnt get finger prints as bad as my sirocco etc..
besides what could I buy other than 8801/8800 or this 8600 which clearly is below 8800??? smartphones get old in 3mo., I'm over functionality
8890 is my favorite I still keep it around
I wonder what the proce tag is going to be on 8600??
