Who's NOT getting an Iphone now?

So now that Rogers has officially released their data plans, and if you call Fido they'll list the exact same plans, I'm wondering this:

Who has changed their mind about getting one? For me personally I was going to even though I have a 1st gen. The added GPS was a neat idea, and having 16GB was a plus, but the big thing for me was getting a sweet data plan. A $30 option did seemed a bit too good to be true, especially from Rogers/Fido, but one could hope.

You get 150 mins during the day and 400 mb for $60 and $20 for some stuff.

thats $80 +$6.95 +$.50 /month for 3 years?? Thats ridiculous!

Good luck to the people who go to that!

So does anyone else want to write them a letter? I 100% plan to. I think a physical letter speaks way louder than complaining via email

If anyone know where this should be sent, feel free to let us know. I plan on sending it to

Rogers Communcations Inc.
333 Bloor St E, 7th Floor
Toronto, ON M4W 1G9

Unless I hear otherwise!

Eh i wasnt looking forward to the iPhone anyhow. I was looking forward for them to offer decent data packages. Which they did, im quite satisfied for the mean time.

Im just waiting for the Bold and Xperia to come out in a month or so .

Hey look on the bright side - at least with Fido you get per second billing still ...and you'll need it with your paltry 150 daytime minutes!!!

Am very very happy with my N95-3 was actually considering the idea of considering buying an iphone but that was contingent on the iphone having a special unlimited plan like AT&T's iphone plan in the USA unlimited for $20/month.

With these plans? FORGET IT!

I am still gonna get it but i will cancel the contract on the spot and insert my old SIM in there and use it with my existing plan + the 30$/300MB add on. It's still cheaper compared to their 60$ iPhone RAPE plan.

I won't get an iPhone. I'm a Fido customer since 10 years but I will NEVER subscribe to a plan. In fact, I'm considering leaving Fido and transfering my Fido phone number to my home phone and not having a cell phone for a while.

Wasn't interested in the iPhone at all - waiting for E71 - but, may have considered it depending on the data plans. No way in hell am I ever getting rid of my CountryFido plan for any phone, so with these plans, NOPE not getting an iphone at all.
