you sure you didn't mean vu20. If memory serve me that is the new Sprint moto phone that looks almost like the vu30 the VZW is getting in the next week or so. If it is in fact the vu204 can't say myself.

You're thinking of the VE20. Sprint recently got the Motorola RAZR VE20, which is a cross between a RAZR and a RAZR2, essentially.

If Motorola is releasing a new V-series phone, I'm interested.

Here's a little info:

Here are a selection of filings from the past week on new and upcoming cell phones. Click through to read the full report.

LG CP150
LG VX8360
Motorola
Motorola EM28
Motorola i365
Motorola VU204
Nokia N96
Pantech C740
Samsung SCH-R450
Samsung SCH-R550
Samsung SCH-R600
Samsung SGH-L807E
Samsung SGH-U800E
Samsung SPH-W6300
UTStarcom CDM-7076
UTStarcom GTX75

http://cogadget.blogspot.com/2008/0...clears-fcc.html

Now, the EM28 is a GSM ROKR phone and the i365 will obviously be a Nextel just looking at the name, but the VU204 is up in the air. It could very well be a CDMA phone. Anyone's guess is as good as mine.

Here is the FCC info for the VU204:

If you have any info at all, all I'd really like to know at this point is if it's CDMA or GSM.

lol..... yea I knew that. However what I was thinking and typing was 2 different things obviously.

I did drop a line off and received a reply, " Can't talk about any of that right now. When I can I'll forward any info I can off to you. " So i've got no info to help with. Can't even find anything really on the web either except for the info that is in the link Choco posted which obviously doesn't tell us squat.

Well apparently the "BLAZE" has been renamed the "KRAVE". Good thing Motorola is putting it out ASAP before the touch screen craze fizzles.

Just waiting to find out what the Vu204 is, and it's kinda surprising we haven't seen any pics.

If the Blaze/Krave is on the New rebate forms does anyone know if that means it should be released very soon and when will it be released?

The Sway is the u650, A 1X only LG8700/Samsung Soulb looking slider, No Soulb interface, just the metal look. Not sure what the Knack is... maybe the new grandpa phone with the 911 button?
