they couldnt give me ANY indication of when it would be fixed.
furthermore the idiot in customer service told me there were "NO OUTTAGES IN YOUR AREA" till I demanded to speak with a Technician, who promptly said, "there's a widespread outtage."
No problems in Northern NJ, right outside Manhattan on a blackberry. I've been getting emails from some coworkers using WinMobile devices in NYC this morning too.
