Picture not displayed in Gallery on E71

Hi all

There's something bugging me with the E71, maybe you'll know how to help me...

None of the pictures I'm taking with the devices appear in the Gallery I have to go look for them in the File Manager, which is really a pain in the ... The same goes for images and pictures stored on my SD card.

Do you know how to fix this ?

Tx !!

Use a card reader (built-in/usb adapter), and archive your documents, then reformat the card within your phone. Start scratch, I say.

Restart the phone and that should fix the problem. I have had this happen to me a few times and simply powering off the phone and restarting it fixes this.

Have you copied your pictures in some other folder rather than the default images folder?
It only reads pictures from the images folder. All other locations are kept secret.

Thanks for your replies

@mimoss : I've restarted it a dozen times since I have it (every night...) and it didn't do
me any good...

@ritz : I haven't change the pictures taken by the camera of the phone from location, their're on the SD card in the "Images" folder.

The gallery only displays the pictures stored in the phone, not the SD card... Although when I connect the phone to PC suite and stard the "backup your pictures" tools, it does tell me the exact number of pictures I have on my phone and my SD all together. Weird...
