A glowing Ctrl key? Keypad and mouth piece gap? Or an inverted keypad

Looking at the picture it is the top right key. The coating/key cover itself has come off leaving nothing but a glowing hole where the ctrl key is supposed to be .

OP get that bad boy replaced asap. Call up nokia and have them fix/replace your phone and good luck .
