Gold Arc now available at Target
A couple of quick notes about Virgin Mobile at target.
While at Target in Keene, NH today, the gold Arc was in stock and I picked one up (last one, too).
Picture in packaging for those who don't like the red Arc…
Also of note was the place card that sits next to the Cyclops. Looks like they REALLY want to get rid of it considering the price that had on the card…
There were none on the shelf, or else I would have gotten one (have the red one already).

Thanks for posting that, The Sweeper...The gold ARC looks really good! I really hope they come out with a royal blue one. That would be great.

wow!!!! $19.99 for a cyclops! thats truly amazing.. why would anyone buy a TNT for w/e the fk it costs if you can get a 1.3 MP camera phone for $20 lmao..
and yeah.. imho.. the arc is still ugly as crap. but that in royal blue sounds cool!
I like the Gold ARC! My target Store quit selling anything Virgin Mobile. Not sure why.
That is quite strange. Probably an issue with the vendor. Most Target stores I hit have VM displayed as prominently, if not more prominently, than other prepaid phones.

Not sure I can agree it is an improvement on the red Arc which is a very nice looking phone and not something one would be ashamed to be seen with. Now if they offered the Cyclops in red for $20 I think I would have to sweeper up.

Maybe because the TNT is thinner, they like blue, and wouldn't use the camera

I wondered how accurate the color in the photo was, too...I know alot of folks were put off by the "red" ARC, even though it's not really RED RED. It would be cool if they put out the ARC in a "rainbow" of colors. Red, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, white, black, silver, gold, bronze...man, that sucker would FLY off the shelves.
I'd buy a royal blue one. DEFINATELY. Ooooooo. Royal Blue....Mmmmmmm.
I, too, think a rainbow of ARC colors would be really popular. I think the ARC is a fine phone. Maybe if it had interchangeable faceplates, then more people would buy it.
