is this available for new customer as well? I mean i am currently having myfave 700 anytime, but if it's avilable I'll probably sign a new contract with a regular family time plan, and request myfave option on there.
Just got off the phone, and rep was very helpful and knew about the promotion. but she said it's available for loyal customer as well as 2 years contract (BS! ahah)

What is considered a loyal customer? I've been with tmobile for 5 years and every time I call they say there is no such promotion available.
I called last night and was told it was an offer that is usually not offered. They looked at my account and said that I was considered a loyal customer (used to have blue status) and that it would be added at no charge and no contract. Still not active yet but the second rep I spoke with last night, Tyler, was great and said that he and his supervisor are going to make it right and will follow up with me Tuesday if it is not active before then.
Been with t-mobile now for nine years and couldn't be happier.

For all those that are experiencing trouble addiing it over the phone with customer care because
1. They can't find it
2. They can find it and won't do it without a contract extension
Go to a corporate store if you have one near you. They can do it with one click without any contract extension prompt or motive.
Even if they mess it up,by adding it to your account and not the individual lines(i'm on a family plan), customer care on the phone can then go ahead and provision it on each line u want it on without any extension as the process was already started by those in corp store. Hope this helps someone!
And thank you again Korn0holic for mentioning that this deal was alive again! love T-mo
Thanks kornOholic! I added-it to my family plan yesterday. Even got it backdated to the beginning of the month, so my minutes used dropped from 600 to 286!
By the way, rep had no problem adding-it to my non-faves phone -- I called over a landline as suggested, then added the my faves phone numbers online.

I must admit, the e75 has made me a Nokia fanboy.
At the moment I am talking to a representative online about this.
I am currently on a MyFaves 600 plan but if it is still available I am most likely going to a regular family plan and save the extra.. $20?
Also, did you have to extend your contract?

Will this work on a postpaid plan without a contract? I'm not currently a customer, but I'm thinking about getting the $59.99 700 family plan and adding the free myFaves on without a contract.
I am talking to a representative on the phone and she is being really cooperative.
T-Mobile reps are always top notch! Now I am going to another specialist.
I am hoping that the contract will not extend, that is my hope! AH.
If I drop down to the $29.99 individual plan, I will lose my free nights and weekends. But if I add the free myfaves plan on it, will I get those nights and weekends back?

The $29.99 includes free weekends but not nights. The free my faves will just add my faves to your line only. It won't change the plan or add nights.
Okay, I just got off the phone and he will call back at 9 PM.
He said that this isn't a promotion but a special addon that he can put, lol.
Funny thing is, I would upgrade but there is one line that a person is not in the Family and wants to get out of contract but her contract end 3/31. We will have to extend the contract for a year if we do this. Oh man!
every time I call they say there is no such promotion available.
Are you following the tips previously posted when calling in?
When the automated system asks you what you are calling about, you should say "Cancel". The automated system will say "Canceling service? Okay, I'll get you right over to a representative who can help." Then it transfers you to the Customer Loyalty department.
This is the department that is apparently supposed to add this feature. If you call regular customer service, they would probably transfer you to customer loyalty anyway (if they know what the hell you're asking for.)
I spoke to three different reps in Customer Loyalty on Friday and they all knew immediately what I was talking about. Follow this procedure and you should be fine.
