Argh, so someone pointed out to me that since they've pulled v300 off of NSU for the NAM product codes, one can't really use the Candyman method anymore as NSU sees v200 as the latest NAM firmware now.

Kind of sounds like a new firmware will be available a quarter to never.
yahosha I dunno if you got this info already but I'm going to post this here, I might need the information later anyways.
- Product code: -> 0559585
- HW Version: -> 0940
- Manufacture Month -> 57.13624
- Prod Serial Number: -> SIK084267
Check this out, I just changed my Product Code to 0567045 UK Steel and this changed.
- Product code: -> 0567045
- HW Version: -> 0940
- Manufacture Month -> 55.12340
- Prod Serial Number: -> SIK084267
Ha and for kicks I changed it again to 0567605 UK Black Steel and I got this.
- Product code: -> 0567605
- HW Version: -> 0940
- Manufacture Month -> 55.13872
- Prod Serial Number: -> SIK084267
It looks like the Manufacture Month changes all over the place. Now I put it back to 0559585 and the Manufacture Month goes back to 57.13624. yahoshua I say just change the Product code to what ever is listed on the back of your phone it should all change it self back by it's self, well I suspect.
Hello friend, greetings from Paraguay! I am happy to read this post from you with this information you can return my E71-1 to E71-2 and maintain the product warranty! friend thank you very much for your help you are very kind! I've been waiting for Candyman, but I never responded, it seems that not only wants to help you like to be helped!!!
Oh one question, your cell phone is a E71-2 RM-357 right?
Not only my E71-2 works great with the 300 FW, I also managed to install HelloOX on the new FW, and now I can install unasigened applications...(found how to.. on a symbian site)

Love my gray E71-2 (FW 300.21.012) !
Well guys, thanks for your concern about my phone. I managed to fix it, well, not quite fix it, but it works now.
I took my phone to my operator's offices so they can fix it (there isn't a nokia store or support in my country) and they couldn't help me, because it has the new firmware and they haven't been able to do anything with it or even install it on a phone, they were really surprised i had it. Anyway, after thinking I lost my phone, I just waited a lot trying many things. For example I drop it a couple of times to the floor out of frustration, or taking out the battery for a whole day to see what happens. And one day, out of nowhere, the code stopped appearing and my phone was back to normal!!!
I don't know what happen or anything, but as soon as I had my phone fixed I changed the default code to one of my own, and it was 12345 the default one, just that my phone didn't want to accept it.
Regarding the bugs, well, I do find really annoying the fact that Nokia Messaging is not well integrated with the system. It works perfectly by itself, it's so nice to have true PUSH for all my emails, but the fact that I have to open NM to send an email instead of directly from the contact it's annoying. I bet Nokia will release a new firmware update soon, they have to after all the problems this one has.
I plan on upgrading this weekend. I grabbed the mirrored files.
Hmmm, I decided to give it a go with KBoard's mirrored files and it all went well, except the keyboard layout is wrong. Is there a specific file I needed to flash to get the NAM keyboard layout?

Where can I get the mirrored files? I have been really unhappy with the firmware update process on my E75. Yick and what a waste of time. So, I want to give it a go with the old E72. Thank you in advance for the location of the files.
If I didn't rely on my phone I would play around with hacking in the update and now is the perfect time to update the phone since I have the E75 on loan from WOM. I wish Nokia would just stop screwing around and fix their servers so that we can get this taken care of.

I don't think it's just the servers. I think they've sent it back to testing for further enhancements after receiving complaints from UK and European users.
