Of what year? 2009? Or do they progress faster than they used to with rollouts?

If true, this should be interesting. I would think any new plan would involve text and talk. Verizon is making too much money off of their data network to discount. I will be on the look out. Thanks.

I do not see how PP could offer an unlimited everything - voice, data, and text - for $50 or under.
My reasoning is as follows - why would anyone subscribe to Verizon regular?
Only reason would be to acquire a free/discounted phone.
There will have to some differentiation from Verizon's current plan offerings.
As I have stated before, I think Verizon makes a tremendous amount of profit on their data packages and I do not see why they would cut their own throat and let PP sell the data cheaper. I would love to see it happen. Just my two cents worth.

Verizon did allow it with straight talk - with a cap on data usage.

I'm cheap. LOL. But if PP did $35 unlimited I'd jump. Right now I only pay $10-$20/month while shuffling PP/Net10/TM.

Page Plus has to come out with an answer to Tracfone's offer...which also uses Verizon. Page Plus could come out at $50, which is more than Tracfone, but not limit the phones that can be used to get the unlimited plan. Having a limited handset selection as Tracfone does will limit the number of takers on a plan of this sort.
