to get the latest firmware: use SEUS. make sure you install the necessary drivers. also, make sure you have the latest version of java and disable all firewalls/antiviruses/sypware stuff. it may prevent SEUS from loading. if it says your provider doesn't allow you to use it, then your k750 is probably branded by vodafone or something and they don't allow you to use it. you also need to have a RED firmware (final production firmware). if you have a BROWN (developer) firmware, you can't use it. for those of you who flashed to w800 and have R1K, too bad for you. also, you need to have the correct CDA's in order to use it. this will only apply for people who debranded their k750's.
to debrand: go to www.davinciteam.com. click instant log accounts and buy one log. (you don't have to do this right away; you can install everything first)
download davinci software and install the SEUS driver if you haven't already.
start the program. click the flash files tab. select the firmware you want, then check "download main firmware" and "download file system flash". then click get files. then it will start downloading (note: Hongkong and EU3 will have shutter sound; don't think AMERICA can use SEUS(k750 not in USA), others should be fine). after downloading, click on the flash tab.
in the MAIN box, select the file you just downloaded with "MAIN" in the filename in it and place it in the MAIN box. under the FS box, select the filename with "FS" in it (you should've downloaded two files in total). check the checkboxes beside where the files are. select the CDA that corresponds to the firmware you just downloaded. then check finalization (make sure you have your credit; don't have to finalize yet, you can flash it first to see if anything goes wrong then finalize). also, check customization if you want to add additionals european languages.
click flash. it'll tell you to turn off your phone, then hold the C key, then attach usb cable. do that. then it'll start flashing. it won't use up your credit until the finalization stage, so you can flash it numerous times to ensure that the flash part doesn't fail, then finalize it. you can't use the phone if you didn't finalize it.
davinci sells logs for 10euro (approx 12-13 dollars us). look in the esato thread for someone named 619. pm him. he sells it for about 5ueros (about $6 us) the above can all be done for one log.
also, davinci doesn't unlock. and if you're scared you'll screw up your phone, check the marketplace if you live in NA.

You can use Disc2Phone software to search for music on your computer or audio CDs, convert your existing audio tracks to MP3 format, and copy tracks to a Sony Memory Stick for listening on your Sony Ericsson phone.
Easily convert change the bitrate of ur mp3, example from 192kbits to 128kbits or 96kbits for more songs storange and still have great quality.
Should work for k750i since theres no hardware difference between that and w800i.

I think people have a few problems converting video. http://www.artech365.com/ and download mpeg4 direct make. Now you convert essentially all the different video format into mp4. Just remember to resize to 176 by 144. www.mp3-converter.com This site has lots of programs for converting different fortmats into mp3 and wav.
