Hi,
Im a PDA noob, in the fact that i dont really know how the things work, which the latest most coolest PDA is etc
Now @ university for my project ive been given the topic of creating a PDA system which converts real time video and uses wifi connectivity. I have to research how to do this.
So far ive found out that i must create a remote server (DHCP???p2p?!) which is going to broadcast images primarily; then later video files, using wifi, then on the PDA side i must create an application (using SDK whatever that is!) which can verify a watermark from the image/video file and download the file.
The PDA user must be able to choose files which are being constantly broadcast sort of like a TV does. There must be an authentication process on the files from the server like a watermark but not necessarily a visible one.
All the above seems really complicated to me, im just posting this to see if anyone knows any appropriate websites or resources i can use to research on how to do this in the space of 6months!
Also if anyone has any advice or pointers i would appreciate if you post them in this thread...
Thanks...
P.S i met my supervisor today and all he would tell me was that i must use an SDK of some sort but there so many that can do the job isnt there? is it a C++ one?
