My puppy chewed up my iPod nano yesterday so now I'm thinking about buying a new one. My screen is all cracked but the player still plays, I guess. Other than the obvious options (ie. 8GB iPod nano, maybe 8GB iPod touch), what else is out there? I don't need anything with a huge capacity. My current nano is the 1st gen (4GB) and I'm completely happy with the capacity.
I've been looking at the Samsung YP-P2 and the new Sony Video Walkman MP3 player.
Price isn't a huge deal (since I'm looking at lower capacity models). Video capability isn't required but I do want a screen.
I've owned the Creative Zen Micro before my iPod nano... I guess it wasn't a bad player. There hasn't been much hype on the newer models though. I will have to check em out.
I do like that its expandable, just in case I'd ever require more than 4GB. And there are accessories for it, since I usually use my MP3 player at the gym.
The Sansa's are nice but not have a lot of options when it comes to docking etc. I bought both my parents the e250 and so far they like it.
I'm actually pretty interested in the Zen because its so cheap. As for the Touch, I would basically only use it for music. All the other functions I already have on my N82.
