Do I have problems, or am I just not doing something right? (Kyocera E2000)

Well, I got this phone a few days ago and switched my old phone to this one. Now I got a few problems.

1.) Whenever I close my phone, the Music Player says "Press play again to start Music Player", but that's not even half the problem! It keeps saying that, and even sometimes turning on my Music Player on completely without me even pressing it again, and even turning on my songs.

2.) I got this phone from someone, and the lock code isn't anything simple. I've tried the last 4 digits of my phone number and didn't get it. I've also tried to press keys 1 - 9 like 1111, 2222, 3333... etc.

3.) I want to know my 6 digit security code without having to call Metro and make up a crazy lie, but never know if there's another way.

That's about it. Any help is appreciated.
