I don't know what happened. One second my phone works perfectly, the next, the screen goes black, the keys light up, and I have to shut it off. I do so, put the battery back in, and the backlight is red.
I googled this: no results. The closest I could find is "Sony Ericsson w760a red"
My dad refuses to take me up to the AT&T store. Any idea what's wrong?

mine does it once in a while too i don't think its a problem with the phone. let it power source (Take the battery out) for a while and put it back in. Try that and see what happens. If it keeps doing that post back here.

Yeah, this happened to mine... it's a fatal flaw... I took mine back and got a new one. I love my new one... it works great. But I also flashed it... so I dunno if it was a problem with the software ATT put in, or it was a manufacturing problem.
