Somebody decided it was a good idea to rig a Nokia to an IED, thankfully whoever wired the phoned failed welding 101...

it's a IED... improvised exploding device. Activated via phone.

looks like it was taking by a soldier either serving in Iraq or Afghanistan. Luckily it did not go off. nice find
