I'm very impressed. But very annoyed now. With the P900 Officially announced yesterday, the 6600 and SX1 coming out soon, this changes my mind about what hardware to get. Given the fact that Nokia next week may announce more new hardware, hopefully they will bring a worthy competitor. However, I'd doubt they will have a device with 32mb of User accessable ram on a device. Maybe Nokia will be creative and integrate a flash into their new phone....
OMG OMG OMG I"M FREAKING OUT!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE PHONE OF MY DREAMS!!!! I'M WILLING TO SPEND UP TO 500 BUCKS IN IT, WHEN IT COMES OUT!!!! JUST READ THAT IS COMING TO TMOBILE!!!! WHEREVER IT ARRIVES IN THE WORLD I WILL BUY AN UNLOCKED ONE TO WORK IN THE US!!!!!!! AMAZING PHONE!!!!!!
impressive specs. camera flash, sd support, hefty RAM, sendo's version of PC suite, included apps on cd, voice commands. let's see how the hands-on reviews are before getting overly excited (difficult, i know ).
gotta love the competition in the smartphone category!
sc0rpio: that's exactly what I was saying earlier, I can't wait to see a review on this baby, and some REAL pictures instead of this simulated image, so we can check out the thickness, the screen, and figure out what joystick it uses, cause I can't really understand what this joystick looks like and what are the moving parts!
I'm guessing a review will come along soon... especially if they plan to release it before the end of the year!
PhoneManiac: that was kinda ma initial reaction, I was stunned and speechless it's suppose to be quite small.. it really is lightweight.
What I love most is the "homescreen" that actually works just like "smartphone 2002"'s great homescreen feature.
This is simply A M A Z I N G.

Just found an article about this phone this morning. Wow!! A Series 60 smartphone that is not handicapped in anyway! I.e...
Camera with flash
Hot swappable MMC and SD mem cards
65k screen, normal button layout, GraphiX co-processor for a smooth real-time viewfinder
64 voice polys
Built-in MP3 player
32 free megs
Plus, an attractive brushed metal finish
I can't find any size specs on this phone, but it does say that it weighs 120g, therfore it weighs 10g less then the 3650 and 10g more then the SX1.
The screen size is the same as the SX1. Can someone photoshop up a comparison of the sizes of these phones based on the fact that the screen sizes are the same.
Finally, here is a link to the official Sendo X site.

Well, if you live in the US, I'd say it's seriously flawed, along with
all the others mentioned - no 850. That means it flat out doesn't
work on a substantial part of GSM as deployed in the US. I guess I can still dream that one day handset manufacturers will actually consider the US in their product roll-outs - or maybe that US providers will flat out refuse to carry products that don't. I know the non-US market is much larger with far more people willing to change phones with each new feature so I guess I don't completely fault the manufacturers. But man, is it so much to ask, at this point, for 850 support in at least 1 of the new devices that really seems to have it all? Nokia did it with 3600/50 and 20/60,
Seimens did it with S55/56 and SL. But not 6600, SX1, or this, or
even the MPx200 (made with an American OS by an American
handset manufacturer - yes, I know, it probably wasn't made by Motorola but it's got Motorola's name on it so they had to, at least, approve the specs). One day...

I was speaking feature wise. The phone will work fine for me. It would definatley suck if you would not be able to use it where you are.
*sigh* US has to be special again with its 850 band, as if 1900 wasn't enough :.
but it will work fine for me with t-mobile as well. oh i can't wait for this phone. seriously, if this one's rf and sound quality is as good as 3650's (even a tad worse i could live with) i can forget all about the SX1.
It has 1900Mhz so it will work in North America (USA & Canada & Mexico). My only issue is ...Remember Microsoft's first initiative into smartphones...."Stinger" and Sendo was the first to announce they had a device?!!! Well until 2 competing companies released their details, then Sendo gets screwed by M$, then launches a lawsuit, then bails out of Microsoft Stinger (this was due to M$ had an exclusive contract with them.) Well, that didn't go so well at all. Then, this................now this time its Nokia that's got a stranglehold on the Symbian OS. I just hope that it actually makes it to market; not just another prototype hype!!!
This spec is awesome; especially because it's in a T-616/630 form factor and similar in appearance in size.
