Question Inno 90 Gprs

I haven't been able to get the GPRS on my INNO 90 to work for a while now. I can't send picture messages or video messages. I called T-Moble and they said everything was fine with my service. I called Innostream and they said that they think it might be T-Mobile but I can send my phone in so they can fix it. I really don't want to send my phone in. I really need it. Is there any way I can get the GPRS to work without sendig in the phone?

Try going to Menu->Internet->Settings->Connection Profile and set it to T-Mobile. Let us know if that works.

I tried that. Innostream told me to try that and T-mobile told me to try that. It's set at T-Mobile. I don't know what else to try. It's frustrating because I'm paying for a service and my phone won't let me do it.

just wondering if you got it back up and running yet - i bought a sammy d500 yesterday and was having a heck of a time setting up the wireless web access (and ive set up a TON of phones before)...

well i got frustrated and just put it down for a bit - then when i picked it up again it was working - there must have been a t-zones outage or something...

have you tried it since?

I tried again, but still no luck. I'm just going to send the phone in. Thanks for the help though.
