right i am abit in the dark on this problem as it is a phone that i bought for my x girlfriend. She has told me that her phone has mucked up. Aparently she pressed a delete button or something along the lines of that and now the sim isnt registering and there is no menu she presses a button and it said "data error contact". she then tried her mates sim card and it said gprs activated then recieved a message yet she couldnt read it because there is no menu. I believe she has tried to obvious e.g. turning on with the sim removed etc and nothing has work as of yet... any ideas so she can get off my back.. cheers

Edit: i found out that she can recieve calls on it the name comes up just appears to have no menu..?
