everytime i log on to webjal i first login then i try to connect the phone and it keeps sayin "The application was unable to find a phone attached. Please check your cable connection and your preferences. Click retry to try again or cancel to stop"
i downloaded the usb instillation,the patch and everything but it keeps sayin that. This has never happened before i used webjal plenty of times now it's not working, someone please help.
