Toshiba 803T retrieval NW info problem????

i just got a 803T and i have this "retrieval NW info" problem everytime i go into the menu. It was fine when i first use this phone...and then i changed my sim to another phone...and now when i put my sim back to this 803T this problem comes up. Is it becoz of my sim?? is there a way to deactivate this thing?? plz help me out here so im not familar with Toshiba's...

could also try putting another sim in, then your own again. That worked for me on my 904T as well as a few other users with 803t/904t
