:Best High Data / Low Voice MVNO?

I am looking to go with either an AT&T or Sprint MVNO in my area. Verizon is not an option, because they get horrible reception at my workplace. I only talk about 100-150 minutes per month, but I would like to have 1-2 GB of data per month. I have been considering Ting, but I'm a bit nervous since they are so new. I have to buy my own phone and if they go under, it won't work with anyone else. I have looked at lots of options and I can't seem to find any better alternatives. Does anyone have any advice?
