:Question about Best Prepaid service for Blackberry

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if someone could tell me what the best prepaid plan would be for blackberry.
All i know at this time is that the blackberry is from India and they want to use in it the US Florida area for a month.
Are all blackberries able to connect to a CDMA network?
It will be used for bbm, data and all.
