The phone return policy
The Mobilicity 7 Day Guarantee allows you to try the Mobilicity service and receive a full service refund within 7 days if dissatisfied. As long as you have not exceeded 30 minutes of use, 30 texts or 1Mb of data usage, you will get a refund on the service.
Service refunds are always issued by HEAD OFFICE in the form of a cheque mailed to the customer in 2 - 4 weeks.
If you’re not happy with your Mobilicity phone, your phone must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Your original sales receipt, original phone box, including all instruction manuals and accessories that came with the phone (such as the charger, battery, headset and carrying case) must be returned.
The effect of these policies is that you can walk into a Mobilicity store, purchase a phone and a one month plan and try the service virtually risk free. 14 days with no restrictions on the phone, and 7 days with restrictions on the service.
Within the industry, these are generous return/refund policies.
