Bought a LG Verizon Vortex at Costco and Love it except: We can't get it to sync with our Time Warner RR account tied to Outlook.
Costco has been great and continues to try to resolve but has mentioned they have had some problems with this particular phone.
Verizon has not come up with any soulutions.
Time Warner Road Runner has given us some settings:
Incoming: pop-server.triad.rr.com
Outgoing: mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com
Incoming Port: 110
Outgoing Port: 587
SSL will be Off
Authentication will be set as none.
Would anyone have any suggestions as to what we may be missing?
