• Thread of The Week, Round 30

It's time for a new thread of the week, our way of recognizing forum members for promoting valuable discussion here.

Every weekday yours truly posts a morning briefing, including the most popular forum threads—that is, the posts with the most replies—for the previous 24 hour period. For reference, here are the briefings for the past seven days:

Your Morning Briefing for Monday, June 22nd, 2020
Your Morning Briefing for Tuesday, June 23rd, 2020
Your Morning Briefing for Wednesday, June 24th, 2020
Your Morning Briefing for Thursday, June 25th 2020
Your Morning Briefing for Friday, June 26th, 2020

Remember that the Monday briefing includes forum posts from the prior Saturday and Sunday, so all weekend posts are similarly eligible.

In each briefing, forum posts are ranked by the number of replies (from highest to lowest). That's subject to change, of course, so I did a quick recount of replies for all forum posts in the briefings above. With 50 replies as of this posting the most popular thread started last week is:

    Poorly Covered Public Beaches

Congrats to CellGeek for starting our thirtieth thread of the week! As a small token of our appreciation, please enjoy a third month of Gold Membership on us!

      I did.

I hadn't remembered Telekom in a long time.

He was a regular here then he must have found somewhere else to go.

    Hi Jeff,

Are your new AT&T unlimited plans out yet? I've been looking into your offerings yesterday. If yes - what are they? If not - should I check back some time next week?

If you are out network scouting, look for that tiny panel which will be mounted next to the larger ones. Casually looking at them most people might think it's an RRU mounted up there. They are...

I am also in this boat, and am looking into Boom AT&T offerings. Anyone has any experiences with them? How is the actual service compared to AT&T? Is it slower? More restricted? Or really is it a...

Why panic? Had I been with teltik and not being kicked out, I would have stuck with them. One of my lines is in Canada, and without a reseller T-Mobile would have disconnected it long ago. But now I...
