• Customer satisfaction survey finds Sprint sharing lead with Verizon

Among the Tier 1 carriers, Sprint Nextel (NYSE:S) and Verizon Wireless (NYSE:VZ) led the way with scores of 72. After being with Sprint for a long time, I left about 3 years ago when they were at their worst. Although I will never go back to having a contract, I do believe Sprint has the best priced service you can find for the "latest" devices on contract.

In this day and age it is refreshing to see a company actually admit they are horrible, and work to truly make it better for customers and turn it around.
