you could try going directly to the websites of the UK carriers and see if they offer eSIM and allow you to signup using a foreign credit card and billing address.
My S23 Ultra works great with all music sources. Ported everything over from my old S9 Plus just last week. Love the phone, and especially the fantastic camera.
