According to Phonescoop these are the carriers it'll work on. And you're buying unlocked so I'd bet it'll work on VZW & VZW Prepaid as it should.

You're not saying you bought this on the VZW website. But I'm supposing you did. If so it'll work the same on VZW prepaid as any other VZW branded phone prepaid or not.

P+ way should save you $20 over my suggestion. My way you'd have an unlocked 4G LTE GSM phone to go to any TM or ATT MVNO you wanted in the future.

If you think your Ma will be bumping against the limited minutes where you'd have to intervene every couple months to add minutes. Then I'd take my suggestion. If not I say go Boz1 way.
