No adjustments were required. I just put my SIM card in and it worked.
Where did you buy your phone? Mine was bought unlocked from the Microsoft store.

I bought a Lumia 650 about 2 years ago and was never able to get MMS to work with Videotron. Everything else worked fine, however.
