I sorted it out. It seemed to be related to the fact that I was connected to WiFi. The way I fixed it was to go to APN settings and change APN Protocol from IPv4/IPv6 to IPv4.

Yes, cellular data is enabled and works fine. The phone is Android Pixel 3A
Can anyone who has no problems with sending MMS publish your APN settings?
I can't. Was able to on Tuesday, Sept 28.
