This is one of the tricks of the big 3. When you look at the national maps, its all one color to indicate coverage...
I tend to not use them since they only compare the more "known" mvnos so a lot of MVNOs are not on there to compare.
My review site is a tad more complete due to multiple sources, with one source...
Tello went wholesale and is still working on carrier packs. Since they are wholesale with their own branded sims, the network can say anything, but may end up saying Tello once all is said and done....
Could be any number of things. Could be a sprint sim, but if so, the sim should say sprint or boost on it.
Could be you got a gsm wholesale sim (claims stated its a hello branded sim) and since...
Finding out they may have some old sprint sims in the mix of sims being sent out too. If your sim is blank with a puk number, itll be on T-Mobile via pwg. (Prepaid Wireless Group, a T-Mobile...
Is it possible to send a speedtest.net screenshot. I'm curious if yours will say PWG/Cintex like mine does.
If so, I know where to find PWG APN settings, if no - might want to try T-Mobile's APN...
And apparently, selling "reconditioned" iPhones through a partnership with some 3rd party isn't really allowed - which might explain the iPhone issues Tello's been having since the migration to...
There may be a needed entry from Apple in some "Profile" field though.
That's good to know, but apparently in recent times - it's been a point of contention where Postpaid was like "but you're already one of our prepaid customers" for quite a few who wanted to port to...
Part of this issue might be Apple's Fault. From what I've read on Reddit, Apple does not support Hello Mobile/PWG and therefore the APN Settings do not auto-propagate from the SIM - since it is not...
I have actually been reading a lot of complaints about hello mobile and iphones. Especially with apn settings, mms, and data.
I did some digging to find out that this seems to be in part apple at...
I'm still waiting for at least month two to actually review the service from how well it has worked for me.
As for my husband, no complaints

Working here, didn't need to clear cache.

I'm posting to the main Hello Mobile thread, but will put this in here.
Had the service for my husband for over a year now.
When he was on Sprint, it wasn't so good, so we ended up taking his old...
For those curious, here is my First Impressions review of the NUU X6 Plus:

As a current Hello Mobile Customer, I intend on changing that.
Same here, still not working
Like I can load the main page and login, after that, trying to do anything make it go *poof*
As of this morning, the HOFO app stopped working on my NUU X6 Plus.
I clear data and can load the main page, but trying to go anywhere else - like recent topics - makes the app close itself.
I...
Also, the other thread had att users lose service along with vzw users.

Of the year I spent with Tello, was worth every penny. The service worked for the most part, and csrs really care about customers. I had a few small issues that was beyond their control and after i...
Cell info lite seems to be way off though. I've gone to locations it says a cell site is and not even find a microcell.

Just so you know, that's the gas f150 with the generator. Ive also seen electric cars with gas powered generators as backup for when the batteries die. Like the generator recharges the battery.

I saw it when on Tello. Showed up both on CDMA and GSM after migration. Sounds like sites T-Mobile plans on keeping.
RCS on Android is the same exact setup. Just that if VZW/Visible doesn't support it, it could be spotty unless all users were using Google's servers instead.
