13 pro or 14 pro and nothing is wrong with it, its brand new only used for a month then ported out cause i was lied to by CS and my bill was sky high and its been in the box ever since

so i have a iphone 13 pro max from att with a $1000 balance on it and its been sitting in its box acting like a paper weight ...can i take this to the apple store for a trade in??
