Cricket wireless does offer roaming in Canada an the also roam in Mexico. I believe they do allow data roaming also in Canada and Mexico.

AT&T won’t shut down 3g till 2022. So that will give time for sprint to figure out roaming with another provider or increaseing there coverage.
