For contiguous blocks on AWS and PCS. They are no going to swap any low-band spectrum. Vzw isn't not going to give up B5 for anything else. Att will not give those up either

10x10 only areas no. My area is a 15x15 and LTE was 10x10 now it's down to 5x5 to do 10x10 5G. NYC only has 10x10 and it's possible to might not even get B71 LTE until DSS becomes available

Unfortunately TMobile will never have B12 in Iowa either because of uscc. Uscc owns the A+B of 700. So att only has 5x5.
