Nevermind, it works now. Maybe was just a temporary glitch.
SPC code is specific to the device.
Call Sprint tech support. Tell them you're having issues with (whatever) and you're trying to reset the device but it's asking for the MSL code.
At least...
I thought the same thing... but I just tried the SIM card that shipped with my iPhone Xs in a Nokia 5190 and it shows "SIM Card Rejected" This SIM card has "60.50" printed on it which I assume is...
Not all iPhone 7 models work with Sprint. Scroll down to Cellular and Wireless: https://www.apple.com/iphone-7/specs/
If you buy it from the Apple store at full price it should be unlocked and say...
I called and all they did was setup an appointment at a Sprint store :(
The Ting chart isn't accurate. According to it I need a SIMGLW416Q but the currently active SIM is SIMOLW416Q which isn't...
I don't think it's normal for data connections to not work with a strong signal. The dropped calls are strange too. I just got back from a store that's a few miles from my house and right next to a...
Yes, roaming is enabled. Not sure how that would make a difference, I'm in a big city with no small carriers and nobody offers roaming here.
AT&T signal is great, T-Mobile signal is about the same...
Does Sprint block data if I put the SIM in the wrong device? I put the SIM in my laptop and configure the APN as cinet.spcs and I get an IP address but no data access. I try to do the official swap...
Yes, I have that SIM.
I tried to call someone and the call dropped twice.
It says LTE. I doubt there's any place that gets perfect signal but the signal is not the issue. I'm actually getting a decent signal. There's no way with -114 dBm / -9 RSRQ that it's a signal issue...
Tried the network reset and it didn't help. Chat told me it must be an in-building coverage issue but it happens outdoors too.
I setup Sprint service with a new Moto G5s Plus a few days ago and I've had to reboot my phone several times because data doesn't work. Sometimes it shows an X next to the signal meter:...
That's what I did. They got all my info, ran my credit, started the porting, and told me to go to sprint.com/activate to finish the process but I can't register and get an error: Device is not active...
Do I need to put the SIM In the phone and power it on? They told me to register on sprint.com but when I try it says the phone's not active.
I'm about 1000 feet from the closest tower and it must be in a faraday cage because I get -116dbm!
Is the offer for sure good until the end of the month? I ordered a phone but it's not going to ship until the 19th. Should I get the 3 SIM kit locally and activate with an iPhone IMEI just in case?
Similar experience in the south Dade area. T-Mobile lost all signal around 6 AM on 9/10. On 9/12 I drove around for 5 miles and found places with 1-2 balls of signal but could not place a call or...
Looks like the cellspot issue was with an existing ethernet cable in the ceiling/wall. I moved it next to the router (against everyone's suggestion) and it's been working since yesterday. I'll...
After 2 hours on the phone they agreed to call me back on Monday to see if the cellspot is working. Does it generally work with Comcast because that's what it seems they're going to be blaming.
Decent signal quality indoors? Sure I get LTE "anywhere" but it's not usable in most places. MY PHONE JUST SWITCHED TO 2G!!!!
I waited 6 hours and it kept blinking. Just got Cellspot #3 and we're on hour 4 of just blinking.
I have an HTC One A9 so it has all the LTE bands.
I got cellspot #2 today and it never worked. Called support (30 minutes just to get put into the cellspot dept queue!!) after waiting 6 hours for...
I switched less than a month ago. In-building coverage is terrible, wifi calling is unreliable, and I've been calling tech support every few days because my LTE Cellspot stops broadcasting.
Slight hassle at the store but they're able to open a business account without SSN and on a business account SIM card rang up for $20 instead of $25.
The no credit check option I saw was $110/month instead of $100/month for 2 lines.
