Why are the Ice Caps in Ottawa so small?

When I went down to kitchner I got a med Ice Cap from Tim Hortons and I right away noticed this was the exact same size as a large Ice Cap. So I thought to myself well if this is med what in the world is a large ?

I these pic while down south. 1 Pic shows the cups and there diff sizes and the outher is me holding what is called a large down there.

You sure they didn't just screw up your order? When I've gotten Ice Capps from Hamilton and Toronto area, they're not that tall. And I can't see why Tim's would bother changing the size for certain markets, since the competition probably wouldn't bother with it either.

P.S. Ice Capps avec Chocolate Milk roX0rz.

P.P.S. Err... Kinda chilly these days for an Ice Capp, eh?

I'm postive I orded a large from 2 different Tim hortons. They dont even have there large size in Ottawa. When I told the staff about the size of large in Ottawa they thought it was odd and showed me a empty cup that was a large size.

Weird. Maybe its just the one store??

And yes, ice caps with choc milk are the best!!! Anyone try adding one of the extra "flavour shots"? I had the vanilla a few times, very nice. Starbucks have very nice ice caps....more coffee flavour which is gooooooooood

LOL yah mabye. Global is to blame for everything else..In 10 years it will be something different. This isnt global warming mabye just a change in the patterns or sea flow. The temp goes up and down each year.

I've ordered Large (ala "grand") iced caps while in Quebec City, and I got what would be concidered a "medium" in Manitoba, so it's not just Ottawa. I wonder if Ottawa-Quebec get a bit gypped for iced caps.. hmm..

Last year or the year before Timmies did up the size of iced caps, they used to be pretty freaking small for $2.99 (before taxes), then the size was upped, I'm wondering if certain restaurants have the ability to reject changes for sizes

The price of ice caps are retarded. I can get an XL coffee for like $2 but a larger ICE cap is around $4...insane....!
