Settings Name: Telcel MMS
Access Point Name: mms.itelcel.com
User name: mmsgprs
password: mmsgprs2003
then go to mms options on messaging
open servers tab
then new
server name: Telcel MMS
gateway: 148.233.151.240
Port number: 9201
Server address: http://mms.itelcel.com/servlets/mms
