essentially, all the silver on the outside of the phone is now orange.
i saw some pics and it looked like it might be kinda cool. we'll see.

sorry no pics for now, i'll work on that.

if that color was just a tad redder id say this literally looks like a brick phone...maybe an old brick thats slightly been discolored....nonetheless this is the most fugly color they couldve chosen...i agree with one of the posts above...black wouldve been cool...how about blue? Or hell even green? That would make more sense to me...you know a summertime theme... but orange is just.....blah. Also any word on a matching color ui theme on this thing? They at least could've done that like they did with the colored chocolate flavors...

I just put a skin on my phone. It may be a sticker but it protects the phone from scratches and gives it color, well kinda, black is what I put on mine. May not be completely black but changes it enough to have people asking me where I got that color enV.

So is this "burnt sienna" enV going to have MediaFlo?
Another rumor about this new enV is that more BT capabilities will be unlocked. Anyone know if that's true?
    Highly unlikely knowing Verizon, right?

I can't think of a time that a color change also included added features. So, I can't imagine that this time would be any different.

Well, I understand what you mean, but I vaguely remember a slight change to the software to one (or a few) of the different colored choco's that came out. Maybe a different theme, UI or new features? I don't know, I didn't follow the Choco that much.
But I did hear (from multiple sources) that the reason they were coming out with this colored enV was to add MediaFlo capabilities, and I'm just looking for some confirmation. Because I feel that's missing from the enV, and I would easily buy the orange one and just put my Silver housing on that phone.

The Chocolate had different colored UIs that matched the color of the phone. There weren't feature differences, just aesthetic differences.

When there is a follow-up to the enV it will be a big deal. It's Verizon's flagship phone, and will probably have a complete rebuild, model number, and name.
