Unhappy is there ANY Verizon phone with decent SMS?

    I <3 Verizon's coverage.

But the SMS system on my LG whatever-it-is is horrid.

There are only two things I want....

    1: EXPANDABLE T9 dictionary
2: putting SMS into 'chat' format.

a speakerphone and/or Bluetooth would be nice, but all i really want is an expandable T9 dictionary..

Does ANY VZW phone have one?

Check this thread for my advice about how to add words to the LG's t9 dictionary

No Verizon phone currently offered has the "Chat" feature like GSM Nokia phones do, to my knowledge.

lg-vx4400 is the best in my opinion. Has canned messages, custom t9, but no chat to my knowledge.

I would not buy another SE phone as everyone I ever used was crap, including the t68i. They would have to prove me wrong before I would spend money on one.

Have you actually used a T61C? I did for a few months, and other than less than stellar battery life, I thought it was a great phone.

I guess the T61D and T60D werent that great, so I wouldnt judge the T61C by thier performance...
