On T-Mobile it doesn't matter since no 3G...but I'm thinking about resale and how some people might prefer the NAM version, and thus easier to sell.

Thanks for the wishes. I am trying to get the real 'Mocking Bird' lyrics right. Too much Eminem in my head. I hate Eminem for screwing up my head.

Rap> Maybe later on try the BBC client too jus to check if it works alright and how much did you pay?
whats the similarity between a marriage and a mobile phone?
In both cases, you feel that had you waited a little longer you could have got a better model

Because 3G is not only for data, it's for voice as well. It improves on call quality and RF. And we're not always in areas where there's wifi, so 3G will make a huge difference when using data.

I am still struggling to install this stupid email app but no luck so far

I have made a test call .. the ear piece volume is LOUD! louder than E90 & on par with N95! I love the default ring tone on this.. really sweet!

Sorry to make you wait guys.. I really need this goodlink app to work, otherwise this phone is no good for me

    Will post the pics soon...

should install rap. I know several people that ran good on their e61i's-they loved it. I recommend Intellisync on cortado. Little pricey- but very good service.
    good luck.

WG- you bring up good points. in my own particular situation I am always in very urban settings so doesn't apply to me. but agree w/ you 3G is valuable for those that use it. Data cost can be heavy though no?? I am luck-work pays but for individuals I am sure it adds up. then again we are all paying 500-700+ for our devices anyway...

Robert- data rates are outrageous up here. But I still rather buy the E71 NAM version because I get 3G everywhere I go. It definitely does improve on RF and call quality. If one of these years Rogers decides to lower their data rates, I'll get a data plan. But for now, wifi it is!

Nada so far. It is complaning about some security app looks like Nokia messed it during the tweak to FP1 I used to run good on E61i & E90, never had issue runnng on them.

This interests me greatly too. Although the volume is fine
on my E51, heavier use made me see the benefits of a QWERTY
keypad. So in the interim I had gotten a used E61i on eBay,
complete with updated firmware. Should have read about
volume issues first - it is a BIG problem! Between the
actual volume, the shape of the phone, and the narrow
"sweet spot" it's a real chore to use this in noisy
environments. Each time I have to fiddle with it endlessly,
press it tight against my ear, and hope that it doesn't
move. The E51 I just place next to me ear and use, with no
such issues. I'm desparately hoping that the E71 has
adequate volume and sweet spot too.

I'm getting a demo (hopefully soon) and have a question about mail for exchange. If I'm the lone user in my company of S60 and Nokia, will my company (already using exchange) have to install anything special or will it work similar to WinMo phones?
