    Also know that the first thing I do every single morning is plug my N95-3 into my computer and run NSU, just to check. If there's a new firmware, Symbian-Guru.com will be reporting on it, and loudly.

    no all of you guys are wrong. The new firmware is coming with at&t n95-3's only. You must physically upgrade your firmware by purchasing a new phone.

    Well at&t is not available in canada so i don't think that will happen.
