fido should have definitely called the person well before the bill got that high.
there are a ton of ppl that do not come to hofo for added info, and even tho the 'fine print' says so, there were a ton of CSRs that sold the unlimited data for use on all phones. People wont go thru all agreements and fine prints just to be sure the CSR is correct, every single time, just in case.
Fido needs to adjust the bill... but make it clear that the charges will be there again if they do not adhere to the policy.
Im sure they leave the bill like that to make a point, but quickly adjust it accordingly. And if thats the case, its fine. If they stick the bill to they guy, then fido are real *** holes and need the govt to step in to regulate this gouging.
