I'm sorry, the only person in that picture that is taller/bigger than that girl is the guy in the brown jacket, and he is standing 5 feet closer to the camera. I'm not into the flat kind, but that girl is borderline. Maybe its the old saying that the camera adds five pounds, I think in this case it added it all to her rear.
